Property 2 - The Bolthole
The Bolthole is just that - situated in a quiet country lane
somewhere to spend a relaxing holiday. Overlooking acres of
farmland from the balcony, an ideal place to relax and
unwind and watch stunning sunsets. There are lots of lovely
farmland walks from the property and we welcome 1 dog
(please bring dog bedding).
Happisburgh (pronounced Hazeborough) is a small unspoilt
coastal village famous for its red and white striped
lighthouse and is betwixt Cromer and Great Yarmouth.
Happisburgh`s sandy beaches (with cliffs) is approximately 1
mile. Further along the coast (2/3 miles) is Cart Gap beach
or Sea Palling (Blue Flag beach) with its famous `reefs`.
Both Cart Gap and Sea Palling have easy beach access with
sandunes. The Bolthole is ideally situated for many North
Norfolk attractions i.e. Felbrigg Hall/Holkham Hall &
Sandringham, the fishing town of Sheringham with its steam
engines, Blakeney for a visit to see the seals, to name a
few, yet just 3 miles from the Norfolk Broads for fishing or
boat hire.
Accommodation for FOUR persons in an `upside down` house
with lounge/kitchen on first floor, an internal staircase to
two bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor with
secure parking for 1 car.
A comfortable loft style lounge with sofa/armchairs/dining
area/TV/DVD/VCR with patio doors leading to a balcony with
garden furniture giving uninterrupted views over open
countryside. Leading from this balcony is a set of outside
stairs to a small enclosed garden. To one end
of the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen with electric eye
level cooker/hob/fridge/microwave fully equipped with all
essentials.
The ground floor accommodation: 1 double (5`) bedroom and 1
bedroom with two single beds, both with wardrobes and chest
of drawers Shower room with WC & basin. Hallway leading to
stairs to the lounge. Both bedrooms have French doors,
electric panel heaters and are fully carpeted throughout.
ALL BED LINEN/TOWELS/ELECTRICITY are supplied.
Electricity supplement payable £2.00 per night between
November 1st to March 31st.
